Some sessions stay with you long after I pack up my camera, and this newborn session with sweet Luka and his incredible parents is one of them.
Winter will always feel like newborn season to me. Maybe it’s because I’ve had two winter babies of my own, but there’s something especially cozy about photographing newborns this time of year. Even without the sun-filled outdoor moments, winter in-home newborn sessions feel warm, intimate, and beautifully unhurried. The soft window light, quiet mornings, and parents who are tired but completely joy-filled create the most meaningful images.
Being welcomed into a family’s home during those first days with a brand-new baby is truly an honor. The tiny details, the way parents instinctively hold their little one, and the overwhelming love in the room — these are the moments that pass quickly but deserve to be remembered forever.
I am a newborn photographer in Montgomery County, PA, serving families in Bucks County, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas. If you’re expecting a spring or summer baby, I recommend inquiring early to reserve your due date. I take a limited number of newborn sessions each month to provide a relaxed, personalized experience for every family.
